All lot of people have tips for dieting and weight loss, but no one has ever tried to give you the best tip you will ever need. Fat loss does not have to be difficult. I have tried many and only a few tips turned the tide of war for me. By this I do not mean I would ever want you to take dangerous and unmindful approach to your own weight lost. You can approach it in anyway you like.

I just want to tell you that there are hundreds of people or even thousands of people who use tips of really simple diet plans and lose at least 10-20lbs in their 6 weeks. These tips I’m going to tell you will require you to change a few diet plans, but the results you see will be the best you ever see. Easily lose 10-15lbs of unwanted fat in less than 6 weeks.

1. You probably heard this once but anything that has white in it. You should not eat. A good example is white bread, white rice, and anything else that has the word white in it. Aim for something that is more towards fish and a few beef and pork. Remember some beef and pork are healthy for you, but not everything is healthy. Have beef and pork every other 4 days. That will take care of your meat cravings. Another thing I want to point out is that not all meat is bad for you.

2. Only drink water. Drink a minimum of 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water each day to really see your fat fall off. Water is a great way and one of the best tip I have ever known to help people lose weight. Water makes a person feel fuller and water is healthy unlike sweet drinks or diet soda. Never ever drink diet soda. Unless you just want to have a few soda here and there, but to me its a no, no. Water also helps your body flows better during the summer when it is really hot outside.

3. Last but not least of the tip do not eat anything with the word wheat in it. Most of the time people tell you whole wheat is healthy and good for the heart. That is true, but they never told you that it is also the problem. Eating whole wheat is healthy, but stick with the first 2 tips. Remember I said that whole wheat is healthy but if you want whole wheat add it to your meals but only once ever other day is good.
